The first payment for the Education Grants were paid out to successful applicants on 31st March 2017. A total of 40 recipients were awarded grants making a total distribution of $20,000. The number of applications received was significantly lower than previous years. Three applicants were declined on the basis they had already received the maximum number of education grants – a total of 6 half yearly grants – as set out in the current Trust policy.
